H. Charles "Chuck" Gorian

Mr. Gorian graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California during the summer of 1998. As a native of Riverside County, after graduation Mr. Gorian was offered an associate attorney position with Hanson & Hales located in Temecula, California. With this firm, he practiced in all civil and criminal courts in Southern California including the Federal Courts.

Here, Mr. Gorian developed his passion for criminal defense. Starting with alcohol related offenses, Mr. Gorian slowly began to handle more serious cases. These included domestic violence, drug, theft, fraud, white collar, homicide, and sex-related offenses.

Recognizing his need to champion the rights of the accused, in 2002, Chuck Gorian founded Gorian & Kish, a law firm located in Riverside, California devoted solely to criminal defense.
